I need someones help, I just screwed up my twin camshafts.

In replacing a burnt valve in my engine, going back with the head and camshafts, I took the gear sprockets off without marking where they came off. Does anyone knows how to set the cam sprocket gears back to where they should be in in relations with the cam lobs?
