99 S70 no start-Fuel Pump Relay ? S70 1999

My buddies 99 S 70 has been hesitating and now a no start condition, where is the fuel pump relay located, I want to verify the problem before he pays to have a pump installed when that may not be the problem, all my other volvos I replaced the pump relay or RFI relay at ine time or another but never a pump.
