up arrow flashing & long thin hose under front of car came undone 850

sort of cross-posting here under hoses.

new problem this weekend!!

up arrow flashing and i had not much acceleration, so i drove in L / 3Rd to pull over and have a look. all fluids there, shifted, but a thin, long hose was undone at the front of the car. couldn't tell where it connected, and i tried. what are these [there are two of them] and how to reconnect, please? can i post images here?

no one was available, have 33$ in checking, so i drove home in low gear without incident thank goodness. could the hose undone cause the up arrow/transmission gear issue?

i hope that is the case, please and thank you!!
