Trouble Starting 850 93

Every morning my car has started and operated without fail, no matter the temperature. Because of a business trip, my car sat idle for 5 days. This is not the first time, however, this is the first time she won't start.

The engine will turn over and over until I'm blue in the face, but never a hint of wanting to fire up. I have an appointment for the shop, but this is two days away. Is there anything I should or look for before having the car towed to the shop?
