horn on steering failed - expensive to fix? 850 1995

My horn has decided I honk too much and stopped working. Oh, it was tricky about it, forst the bottom part of the "horn area" of the steering wheel whouldn't work, then the bottom and left side, and now it all doesn't work except fora meek pathetic millisecond honk.

How much is this going to cost to fix? Can it be done at home?
