In the last 3-4 months I've noticed that when I start my car I hear a continuous light chirping coming from under the hood. Once I've driven the car for about 5 minutes it disappears. The serp belt has another 20k left on it (was replaced 40k before) and I don't believe it's slipping. COuld it just be the outside conditions. It usally does it when it's very humid, drizziling, and cold (37F). I've shut off the A/C comp but it still makes the noise. Any ideas???? Maybe Belt Tensioner, belt(s), alternator, power steering, etc??? Thank You
