Rotor Size S70

I recently installed a new motor mount in my 98 s70 T5. When I was ordering the part, I noticed that there are 2 different sizes of rotors. I have the smaller of the 2. My questions is this:

1. Which car has the larger version? I assume is the AWD.
2. I need new rotors. Mine are original and have about 120K on them. Can I install the larger on my car?
3. Would I see any difference in braking with the larger rotor?
