Fuel pump/injector 850 1996

Hi,I have a 1996 Volvo (850 Turbo). I have trouble starting the engine. Everytime I turn on the car key to start, I could feel the strong sparks of a normal engine. But the car would never reach the point where the engine is on. I suspect it's the fuel pump or the fuel injector, but i am not sure. And if it is the fuel pump, can I replace it myself, or I need to bring it to the dealer.Any advice/suggestion will be much appreciated.
