How do you know when you have a stuck caliper? 850 1995

Well, just as the message subject says, how do you know when you have a caliper that's stuck? I recently replaced my front brake pads and rotors because I was getting this odd pulsing "scraping" noise (that's the best I can describe it as) when I was braking. Oh, and it also only happens at relatively low speeds (like below 30 or 40, not at highway speeds, or maybe it's that I can't hear it going highway speeds). I figured it was bad rotors or pads or something. So, the noise went away for the first 50 miles after I did the job but now it's back. what the heck is it??? That may be unrelated to the caliper question but I'd like to know about that too. I think I may have a stuck one. Anyway, the noise sounds awful eventhough it's not all that loud (I can't hear it with the stereo on). It still sounds kind of damaging. If anyone could help me, that would be great. thanks

Alex
