Loss of driver door remote locking XC90 2004

Symptoms: 1) Cannot remotely lock or unlock driver door using key fob, but other doors work. 2) Driver's window switch is not functional but others work. 3) When using left turn signal, error message is shown on dash and utility light comes on. Checked fuses and all are OK. Any ideas?
