Tire Jack Dangerous S70 1999

Is there another jack for the Volvo. When I use the one provided it lifts the entire side of the car making it very dangerous to change the tire, even if its on a level surface. As far as I can tell, there is only one slot for the jack, on each side,in the middle of the car.
