Inner track rods

I have a '94 850 with 140,000 km. Recently the front end has felt loose and so I have diagnosed the problem and replaced the Ball-joints (old design seperatly replacable) the outer tie rods and the anti-roll bar links. I think the problem lies in the inner tie rods. How tough are these to replace? Can it be done DIY like the above parts were?
