Cellular Telephone Mystery ALL 2001

I just bought a 2001 Cross Country. When I got home and started looking at the manual I found a whole section devoted to a built in cellular telephone. It looks like a very nice installation. The problem is that nobody has ever heard of it. My dealer knows nothing about it. Does anybody out there know anything about it? Is it available? Can it be installed by dealers? How much is it? I hope someone can solve the Mystery.
