Considering a Volvo 850 93

Came across a well kept/maintained 93' 850, 5cyl. It has a shade over 70k on the odometer. The only apparent defect is a malfunctioning windsheild wiper. Can anyone give me feedback on what else to look for and whether you would buy one with this kind of mileage? Price is 7.5k flex. All feedback appreciated.
