Speed limited at ? ALL 1994

Anybody know what the absolute top speed (speed govoner bypassed) is for a 1994 850 Turbo with auto trans? The car came factory equiped with sport package and 16" wheels. I think that the tires are "Z" rated. Further, what does the factory limit the speed at with the OEM ECU and how does it react when you hit the limit. I drove a Concorde which at 122 the motor felt like it was missing and then failed to accelerate till the speed fell to 55MPH. Once there I could accelerate again. Did it twice just to see if it would perform again. Please tell me my 850 won't do this as it really made me blush.
