Advice on buying volvo 850

I am looking to buy a used Volvo 850, unfortunately I don't know much about them. I use to own a '79 242 years ago and it was the best car I've ever owned, rock solid and reliable. I have gone to a dealer or two here in the Seattle area and of course they have nothing but good things to say about the car. I like the car and would appreciate some honest feedback about what owners think of the car. What are problem areas to watch for when shopping for one? I am looking for model years '93-97.
