850 Torque Rod Bushing - is this OK? 850 1996

I noticed, on our 96 850 non-turbo sedan, that the torque rod bushing at the top of the motor has a gap between inner and outer parts at the front and back. It was hard to get a photo of, but you can somewhat see it at this photobucket picture: http://i180.photobucket.com/albums/x182/arbuch/Bill%20tools%20for%20sale/Arabellatorquerodbushing.jpg

Is this normal, or should I be replacing the bushing?
