Front Rotor removal V70-XC70 1998

I want to replace the brake pads and have the rotors resurfaced. I have removed the caliper and taken out the pin (8mm nut) locator, but can't figure out how to get the rotors off. The rotor is still not clear of hardware (bracket) that holds the caliper. There are two bolts on the inside of the bracket that look like they need to be removed but before I try that I was hoping for some advise.
