I have a 94 850 T-5. I did not drive it over the holiday weekend. When I drove it Tuesday morning the transmission seemed to have a little trouble making its initial shift out of first gear. I suppose this was due to the frigid temp. The arrow on the dash began to flash and the check engine light illuminated. I pulled the code from the A1 slot which was 3-2-2 then cleared the code. According to the British Haynes manual 3-2-2, indicated the wrong speed for the gear selected. The car has been running great since I cleared the code. Does anyone have any idea as to what caused this problem and what may be the fix?
