The "check engine" light on the console stays on after I start the car. I was told by the local repair shop that the oxygen sensors were defective and that labor and parts would cost approximately $500 to fix.
Also, according to this shop, my radiator has a very slight leak and that it will cost over $600 for a new radiator including labor.
I have had hardly any problems with the car which has 66,000 miles at this point - and I was a little shocked by the cost of these repairs. Does this sound reasonable or am I being ripped off?
