Tranny seal leaking S70

Hey guys and gals!

My 98 S70 is leaking at the tranny seal right above the transmission case plug to drain the fluid. How difficult is it to remove the (looks like a drive shaft hooking up both axles) and replace that seal????

I appreciate any help.
