"wood' dash trim kit part numbers S80 2005

Our 2005 S80 has the OEM "wood" dashboard trim kit--I think the PN is 8640112. Anyways, the car's radio is being replaced and am looking at transferring the wood-look cover to the new radio. I'm assuming it's held on with 3M two-sided tape. Is there a good way to get the wood trim plate off without destroying it? Is that single piece available as a stand-alone part, just in case I do mess it up? Does anyone have the PN?
