My 1994 850 (recently new to my family) with 179,000 miles, has been making some loud squeaks in the front passenger side when going over any curbing, uneven surface, etc where the car flex's a bit. The sound seems like it is associated with the suspension but the funny thing is when the car is cold (50 degree mornings) the squeak is pronounced. When the air temp is warmer, it is a small annoyance and nothing I'd normally become concerned with in an older car like this. I have another 850 (95) that hasn't had this issue and that car has 163,000 miles on the original suspension. The car in question had the suspension (struts, end links, strut seats, etc) done about 70,000 miles ago with Bilstein HD's all around. If it makes a difference, car is a manual and has just had a motor mount replaced.
Like I said, I can't seem to isolate the sound so if anyone has ideas on where to start looking that is a great help. Sounds like a trip to the shop but I'd like to have some idea of what I'm dealing with.
Thanks Folks
