Urgent!!!

If anyone out there knows how to fix this please help.

Being a novice with a new car I was tried to fix a "key" scratch that I on my new s40 (metallic silver). But what i didn't realize was that the stuff dries quickly and that because my scratch was so small i should have used the touthpick to apply the paint and the finisher instead of the brush that they provided (Vovlo's instructions weren't instructions it just said to apply the finisher 30 min after and everything else was in German). Now I have a BIG paint streak running down my driver side door (it looks really disgusting) and I can't get the paint off. I have tried using Turtle Wax Paste Rubbing Compound on it but it still won't come off. Are there any suggestions out there as to how i might be able to accomplish this unfeasible task. I can get some of the paint off by scratching it with my fingernails but the rest is too hard to get off. Please if anyone has encountered this before and knows of a solution please respond.

Does anyone know how much a streak like this might cost if i take it to the dealer to get it fixed?
