Where does this vacuum hose go? V70-XC70 1998

The car in question is a '98 XC AWD. The vacuum hose in question comes off of the accordion hose that runs from the air box down to the turbo--it's a little white one that plugs in about two inches past the air box. I went to replace the elbow on it, and was surprised to find that the white part itself has cracked in half a few inches past the elbow. I can't seem to find the other end of the thing.
