1999 S70 AWD needs Head Gasket

hello was just informed that my 99 s70 AWD need a head gasket. The car is in incredible shape but has original bevel gear.150k with all services performed. I would like to get it repaired but concerned about the bevel gear going next. Any idea how much a head gasket repair would be?
