850 camber adjustment 850 1993

I did a preliminary inspection on the front end to find out what all of the shaking was about when I drove the 850 home last week. Surprisingly, everything is tight with no movement in any direction of the front spindle. The front tires are worn evenly to the steel on the inside edge which leads me to believe the car was lowered, although I can't find any evidence that it has been worked on lately. I thought that the ball joints might be worn, but they feel tight also. The wheel bearings are also tight and the brakes look like new.

Here is my question: How do you adjust the camber on the 850, and why would it be off so much that the tires would wear out on the inside?

Regards,
