headlights S40-V40 2000

Can anyone shed some light why my S40 has an appetite for headlight bulbs? I replaced the second one today and now my reflector inside the headlight is moving. Did I break something when I replaced the bulb? Can it be fixed? Does the headlight assembly come apart? Help!
