code po410. replaced sas valve and pump and relay. i have no trigger from the lt. blue/org. wire to turn on relay. I the wired my own p+b sp/st relay pin 85 +12v from lt.blue/org wire at vacuum swith at top front of radiator. pin 86 ground, 30+12v input, 87+12v out. it runs the pump excellent. It still throws the code! I have no continuity from the vacuum switch molex to the pump relay molex. I cut the lt.blue/org. wire to isolate the switch. away from the switch there is +6.5 volts. wtf? the other wire located at this molex is lt. green which is energized upon ign. both are 18ga. i originaly wired my relay for negative trigger for that is how the oem relay is wired. pin 1 neg. input, pin 2 out 12v to pump, and pin 30 +12v input. I still cant pass emissions here in upstate N.Y.
