Karlyn Front End Components....tie rod ends V70-XC70

Yes, you do get what you pay for.

I examined the boots when the tires were rotated and found one cut open. About two weeks later I finally got it to the garage that put them in and asked them to check the tie rods. The technician says the boots (both sides) are busted all the way around now and it looks like 'dry rot' due to age. I tell him your shop just put them on three months ago. BOTH SIDES!

Then he tells me that I passed the mileage warranty....

Stay away from Karlyn brand front end components....they have a circle-K stamped on the ball joint cap...but could be in anyone's box. The box had a sticker that said 'specially designed for volvo'.
