No dash lights (cked fuses) on a 97 850, factory remote quit working (new batteries) 850 1997

Is there a relay that controls the dash lights or is it more likely the head lamp switch? All other outside lights are working.

Would the remote be on an accessory circuit? I checked all of the fuses with a test light and found none that were bad.
