Roof Rack Lock Cores V70-XC70 1998

I have the Volvo OEM load bars - the clip-on, no rails kind. The dealer was out of lock cores and would special order them for me but it will take a good while. I know the load bars are made by Thule.

Does anyone know if the Thule lock cores will fit the Volvo OEM bars?
