S40 P0130 and Brake Booster S40-V40

Our 2001 S40 just popped the P0130 code, Bank 1 O2 sensor, so I have two questions. First, I'm assuming that's the forward sensor, correct?

Second, the brake booster has morning sickness. The power brakes don't work until the car has been running for a little while (about a minute), and the problem only occurs at the first start of the day. I'm assuming a vacuum leak of some sort in the unit. Any place I should look, or should I be looking to replace it soon?

I happened to notice Klaus advised someone to look for a vacuum leak with the P0130 code, so I was curious if they could be related. The car has 110 miles, so it's likely it really needs the O2 sensor, but I thought I'd ask. I've inspected the vacuum lines, but am just asking if there's a likely place to look.
