Power stearing Leak V70-XC70

Gooday Friends...

Have developed a leak at the arm connecting the tie-rod ends,
this happened a few days after I flushed the system using
transmission fluid and replenshing it... There was no leak before
just the the fluid smelled bad... Did I fubah the stearing

Its a V70 98 with 140,000 miles.

Any Ideas..??
