The s80 is running like brand new.
I truely believe that a lot of the bad rap that the 1999 model had was attributed to the ABS module like I just swapped out.
It cascaded into transmission codes since the speed sensor is in the ABS and cause shift problems.
When the codes were cleared, all shift problems and messages disappeaered. Choke cleaner solved the mass air. No o2 problems.
For the first time in months no CEL's
The performance came back and the turbo humming t-6 runs sweet.
Now my delima, Which volvo to sell.
S80 with 200K or AWD S70 with 170K both 1999's
I'm afraid that some of the black box stuff will go on the S70.
The T6 is by far the best driving car I've ever owned, including the new 3.2 S80 in the yard.
