Intermittent Hesitation during Acceleration, CEL V70-XC70 2000

Doing a little diagnosis from a couple states away... Car is 2000 V70XC, 180Kish miles.

The symptom: Under load (like when climbing a hill), the car will sometimes "hesitate". CEL is on. The codes were cleared a couple weeks ago. One returned after the symptom exhibited itself recently. It is P1175 which I translate to "Fuel adaptation bank 1".

I haven't come up with much diagnosis on the web, here, volvoxc.com or volvospeed. Best I can come up with is to check the fuel pressure and look for leaks between the turbo and intake manifold.

Any thoughts?
