ABS dash Light on 850 1994

I have an ABS trouble code 4-2-2 (Return valve for rear brakes,open circuit or shorted.) When I delete the trouble code it always returns after it signals 1-1-1 in socket #3.The ABS light is continually on. Appreciate any suggestions or tips and also I wish to learn wher the return valve is located. Thanks.
