I have recently purchased the 2002 XC and just noticed that, on automatic control, there is A/C only on the driver's side. By turning up both controls, heat will come out on both sides so the switches are having an effect.

Any ideas? I'm an old 740 guy so this is a steep learning curve for me. Thanks for any input.
