Re: Headlight assembly 850 94

Instead of replacing a lens (or a whole assembly in the case of a '93) you can simply repair the damage using windshield chip/crack repair epoxy. I've had poor results from the Permatex product but have been pleased with the Duco 5 minute epoxy available from hardware stores.

The headlight lens or assembly must come off the car and be horizontal for the repair.

You simply mix up a batch on a piece of aluminum foil and pour it into the chip void. After a few minutes, while it's still soft, trim the uneven surface with a knife or razor blade so that the headlite wipers are unaffected.
