CD changer replacement 850 1995

Greetings all!

My '95 855T CD changer has a case of the hickups. For a long time now, it repeats every few seconds or so. I've checked the Brickboard archives and I'm still a bit confused. What changer should I replace the stock unit with price and simplicity of installation in mind? Where's the best source for the changer and or adaptors?
