I want to take issue with your repeated postings of identical material relating to your efforts to initiate a lawsuit with Volvo.

I have no problem with you pursuing a legal remedy for your, or the class', alleged injury.

I have no problem with you soliciting the likely class affected by this alleged action.

I have no problem with you occasionally posting your standard notice. But I don't need to see a new copy of it every day and I especially don't need to see a new copy of it every 15 minutes, as you did on December 13.

I do have a problem with you pushing your personal agenda on this public web site, to such an obnoxious level that, I think, it is detrimental of the site.

I'd like to request that, when you re-post this "notice", that, each time, you re-post it under a new message thread with some standard title. That way I know I don't have to waste my time examining a notice that I've seen a dozen, or more times before. Right now, when I am reviewing the daily posts, I open up the "Re: Class Action Law Suit Against Volvo Re. Evaporator𖛊]" hoping to find a response with some new, useful information. Instead, time and time again, I hit your notice--and I am tired of it.

No one has a problem with you notifying people, but hitting everyone over the head, day after day, hour after hour, is a bit obsessive-compulsive and downright obnoxious.
