Antifreeze Flush S70 98

What's the normal mileage to have the coolant flush in the S70? I was told 30K. Does this sound right?

The dealer went on the advise me that it would cost me $90 so I call the Nissan dealer where I have my 90 300zx serviced and they said that would do it for $50.

Is there anything unique that has to be done with this procedure that I should be concerned about if the Volvo dealer doesn't perform the flush?
