Steering wheel vibration S70

Front end noise & squeek fixed at dealer 6 months ago. Now I'm getting noticeable steering wheel vibration at highway speeds of 55 to 70 mph. Vibration ceased when at highway speed coming downhill I put it in neutral, also seems less when accelerating uphill. Recently had the front tires rebalanced. Any suggestions? 130,000 mile Base 70
