No fluid through rear sprayer after hose repair, do I need to prime it?? 850 1995

I found a 1 inch deep puddle of windshield cleaner in my spare tire well, which I quickly traced to a disconnect rear washer line immediately to the right of the well. I put it back together and added a few zip ties to hopefully hold it all together a bit better. I topped off the wiper fluid reservoir and have sat on the rear washer switch for probably a couple minutes at this time without having any fluid making it to the back of the car. I can hear the pump running, so I don't think that's the problem.

Any tips? Do I need to do some priming here? If so, any quick tips for how to do that effectively? I haven't figured out which hose in the front of the car heads out to the back for the rear washer. My car came with the front headlight washers but they stopped working and I simply removed them, so I've crimped that line off, and identified the shared line from that point that does the front windshield.
