Power steering fluid loss 850

I need suggestions how to troubleshoot my power steering fluid loss on my wifes 1995 850 turbo. Every week I have to add power steering fluid to the reservoir as it would run low. The hose are dry and there is no sign of fluid on my garage floor. Is this a rack and pinion problem? I would appreciate ideas suggestions from anyone. Thanks.
