Timing belt tensioner/pulley change interval S70 1998

Last timing belt change I replaced everything...hydraulic tensioner, pulleys, waterpump. This time I am thinking of just doing the belt. Is there any reason to worry about the tensioner pulley and idler pulleys since they have bearings? I do all highway driving if that makes any difference.
