ABS & Brake Lights Intemittently On S70

Hello,

I have a 99 S70 GLT Turbo and I've recently noticed that my Brake & ABS lights on the dashboard will just turn on while I'm driving. But when I turn off the engine for a while, the lights would no longer stay on up until another 50 miles or so of driving. Also, I've noticed some coolant leak around the lower intercooler hose. I tried tightening it but I still see some minor leak around it. Any suggestions in repairing these issues are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
