Looking to buy 2001 S60 T5, Saab 9-3 or BMW 330i S60

I owned 95 854T with 220k miles, unfortunately I had an accident (t-bone a truck with 40MPH, truck driver didn't stop at stop sigh, I was on 4 lane road). I loved my 854T. Now I'm looking for another car, S60, Saab 9-3 or BMW 330. I like to know more about S60 T5. Are they reliable, especially automatic transmission? I'm a DIY guy I fix all my cars. Since I'm looking for 2001, the milage will be around 100K.
