ABS Question 850 1994

So I know that ABS units normally go out on later model 850s and s70s and what not, but how about a 1994? From what Im reading on the site, 94s rarely fail. I pulled codes from the computer and came out with 312 (right front wheel sensor shorted) 412 (left front return valve shorted) and 444 (no hydralic power to unit valves)

Does this sound like Im in for a new pump?

any other ideas?
