Rebuild the auto tranisission or get a used one? 850 1995

I have 95 854T with 220k miles. Transmission slips when it gets hot or after driving. It delays a few seconds after stops at traffic lights the engages to gear as if it's in neuteal for seconds. No problem while driving only after stop. Has anyone rebuilt transmission? Rebuild or used tanny?
